WARRANTY, RETURNS, & OTHER POLICIES

Warranty

I stand by the products I make, and that is why I am proud to offer a lifetime warranty on my crafstmanship. Any product failures determined to be caused by a defect or error in manufacturing on my part will be repaired or replaced for free. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on materials, improper use, or accidents.

Earthseed Equipment products are intended to last a lifetime, so any damage or failures determined not to be related to manufacturing issues will still be repaired if possible at no or minimal cost, depending on the circumstances and difficulty of the repair. Customer will be required to cover the cost of shipping.

For warranty claims, send an email to earthseedeqipment@gmail.com with photos of the damage as well as a description of how the damage occurred.

Important Note About Fit / Zippers

Overstuffing your pack or having items that press up against and put pressure on the zipper will lead to premature wear and zipper failure. This is very costly and time consuming to fix, and is not covered by the warranty.

Returns / Exchanges

Items made with defects or errors that are determined to be my responsibility will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you. Email earthseedequipment@gmail.com to start a return.

Returns for any other reason of unused and undamaged MADE TO ORDER products will be accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. Customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping. Returns are not accepted on discounted or sale items.

I reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items deemed not to be in acceptable condition upon return. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on items rejected for return or exchange.

All sales on supply shop items, and any other items that are not made in-house are final and sold as is.

Purchase Agreement / Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all size, color, and configuration selections are correct before placing an order, and product dimensions are compatible with their intended use.

If you notice you made an error, contact me as soon as possible. I will do our best to modify your order as long as the changes do not result in a change of price, and components are in stock.

Order cancellations/refund requests made within 24 hours will be made minus a 5% processing fee.



 

As items are made to order, cancellations after 24 hours or once materials have been cut will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.

Gun Safety

A fanny pack is not a holster that protects the trigger of a firearm. It is highly recommend to use a reliable quality holster that covers the trigger of your firearm if you intend to carry a firearm in an Earthseed Equipment product.

 

In plain English, I am not responsible if you shoot yourself or anyone or anything else when using my products. It is always your responsibility to safely handle your firearm. By purchasing you agree to hold me harmless for any injury or death that results from the misuse of my products.

Lost Packages / Shipping Insurance

I pay for full insurance on all items I ship. If a package is lost or damaged, I will file an insurance claim with the carrier. Refunds/replacements will not be issued until the insurance claim is paid out, which can take a few weeks.

International Shipping

If you would like to place an order outside of the USA, please email me at earthseedequipment@gmail.com. I am happy to ship internationally on request if you cover the full cost of shipping. You are also responsible for being aware of and paying any additional import duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees that may be required by your local regulations.
